Annual Report 2025

We invite you to read and share the Netwomening 2025 Annual Report!

Os dejamos la memoria disponible en PDF. Agradecemos a toda la red por su apoyo y compromiso continuo.

This year has been a period of consolidation, growth, and strengthening for Netwomening, during which we have supported more women and families than ever before in their journey of arrival and integration in Spain.

Our commitment remains the same: to support Afghan women so that every story of arrival can also become a story of a future filled with possibilities.

In 2025, we expanded our employment, Spanish-language learning, and psychological support programmes, while also consolidating new areas of work, such as legal advice and advocacy. All of this has been made possible thanks to an increasingly strong network of volunteers and cross-functional teams, enabling us to coordinate support from the very moment of arrival and quickly mobilise the various resources available.

Our sponsor network (Red de Madrinas) continues to be at the heart of the project: a space for close, ongoing support that turns assistance into genuine bonds of trust. Thanks to this network, and to the joint efforts of mentors, professionals, and partner organisations, we have continued to transform solidarity into tangible opportunities for autonomy, learning, and inclusion.

This year has also marked an important step towards greater professionalism and improved internal coordination, strengthening the organisation’s ability to respond and fostering closer collaboration between teams. All of this enables us to move towards a stronger, more human, and more sustainable model, without losing the essence that defines us: sisterhood and personalised support.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who makes this project possible: our volunteers, professionals, partner organisations, and, above all, the women who place their trust in us and allow us to accompany them on their journey.
